Example Integration Project in the iGaming industry

The Challenge
I had to complete the task in 3 days ready in a presentable mode, as a new emergin market in LATAM was waiting for the integration to start the operations.
The Solution
Worked with expert in industry to find the critical aspects of such a project, then used the classic physical sticky notes to grasp the idea and produce a meaningful plan.
The Struggle
To mitigate the risk of delayed Labs review in each authority I had to secure 2 indipendant labs for each location from the start, instead of just warming up one - turned out those labs know each other and I had to play poker game on the calls.
