The Challenge
With close to zero knowledge of the iGaming business, I had to complete the task in 3 days ready in a presentable mode.
The Solution
Leveraged AI's deep research to find the critical aspects of such a project, then used the classic physical sticky notes to grasp the idea and produce a meaningful plan.
The Struggle
One place I got it wrong was how to mitigate the risk of delayed Labs review in each authority. I had to secure 2 indipendant labs for each location from the start, instead of just warming up one.
